Return policy
Until 14 days after you have paid the book, you can return it. We will pay back the full amount you paid for it.
How does this work?
Within 14 days after the payment, you send an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. informing us you will send back the book. In this mail you also mention:
- On which bank account number we can pay you back.
- What is the reason why you’re giving the book back.
- If you need a credit note, let us know.
- After receiving the book, we will pay you back the full amount you paid for it within a week.
If you wait more than 14 days after the purchase date, we will not pay you back.
